good selection, very nice people and delicious hot drinks. Ambience inside a bit loud and uncomfortable, but a star deduction.

Nice café, but the prices are too high. In addition, the whole grain bread, which people like to eat as a healthier alternative, is too dry.

We were there on Thursday afternoon and the service was unfortunately not satisfactory. The waiter was friendly but he forgot to serve us abs left us alone for 10 minutes. We understood it’s because he was the only one who’s running around. However, the coffee was really bad. We had black coffee, probably the one that could least go wrong. But it was really disappointing. Sorry to give this bad review, cause the cafe really looks nice from outside with good vibes. Maybe it was just not our cup of coffee ☕️

Very good coffee and delicious cake! The people are great too! My best café here in Aachen. I always come when my friends visit me. But if you want to work or study with a laptop, it's a bit uncomfortable. Then you are not allowed to sit by the window and have to sit at tables inside. I assume that because of the current situation you can't do that anymore ... But still five stars, because I like the coffee very much ..

In itself I love this café and I think that you can have the best coffee here in Aachen. There are also various vegan milk alternatives and vegan dishes. 4 stars are only given because I think the prices are very high and after less than 30 minutes they were thrown out with the statement that I shouldn't sit on the table with a book and take notes (work!), Now in winter (September!) There were not enough tables inside and due to the current situation (Corona) all tables are needed. I drank two coffees at a time and there were still enough tables free both inside and outside in bright sunshine. Super cheeky ... then probably only go to other cafes. Thank you.

Super cute cafe with great drinks and dishes. The coffees are prepared stylishly and with love. The atmosphere to sit is great. The service was unfortunately very slow and we had to wait a long time for a drink / menu and later for the bill.

if you study or stay there more than 2hours you will be driven away by the waiters. A very embarrassing experience i would say. And the waitress always ignore your odering， you even need to speak loudly several times. Bad service attitude and the food is not worthy that much money

My favorite place for a morning without university. The oat cappuccino is delicious and I can only recommend the pumpkin seed bread to everyone!

Bad coffee (in the window there is a sign with "Barista wanted", is urgently needed), relatively unfriendly service and the waiter wears his mask under his lower lip and wipes the sweat from his face with his hands while serving customers. Absolutely underground.

Can't comment on the food or drinks. Wanted to have a drink and reply some mails on my laptop, but was told to not work there with laptop. Makes no sense to me, since answering mails on my phone would have been fine. Weird policy, only made not feel welcome at all.

This place is a beautifully designed, friendly staffed cafe, that I would highly recommend for both grabbing a quick coffee and also sitting and eating. It is located in front of the theater of Aachen, and they have outdoor seats with very nice atmosphere. The cappuccino was just amazing. Really tasty. They also sell their own brand of beans. They have a variety of cakes too. The design of the place from the inside is really nice and innovative. If you are beat the city center, and would like to grab a really good coffee, then that is your place.

When you sit outside, you wait a long time for a waitress. No attention from staff during the course. No refill option at high temperatures. One should rethink. Selection also very limited.

Get to know the name of the cafe. (My daughter's namesake) and immediately fell in love with the warm team and the great coffee. The atmosphere is harmonious and you can spend the whole day there. ❤

The cakes are hard to beat. The coffee drinks are good and are served with organic milk from the area. Service was friendly and quick.

Have been here a few times. It’s nice and comfy space in the middle of the busy city center of Aachen. The coffee has its own unique taste. The cakes are usually a nice selection of traditional stuff but sometimes you can find an amazing blend. Don’t know where he gets his staff from but they are always beautifully nice people.

Best coffee's ever!

Espresso is a safe but good taste , standard roast. It's cosy inside, especially in the comfy seats. Didn't eat but theyvserve a good variety of foods. It's quiet inside asides from the grinder so also ideal to do some work here.

Tasty and very friendly place

I waited 20 minutes for an espresso and organ juice. We were 5 people and we waited more than 50 minutes for our food (toasts). After we ate, I wanted to have the rest of the pack packed, for which I waited forever and then went to the counter with the plate myself. The empty plates were on the table until we left ... The toast (with avocado and egg) looked good, but I didn't like it at all, the bread tastes like the cheapest from Aldi or Netto. Too bad for the price. Don't go there anymore.

This beautiful family business offered a friendly service and good coffee. I was with a group of Japananese tourists and the staff (Nela, her husband and her brother!) we're so kind to address all the requests of the group. Don't miss the lovely home-made cakes made by Nela herself. My favorite was the Apple pie.

I'm a coffee addict and I've tried many coffee shops. Nela's cafe makes the best coffee in Aachen.

Nice place to sit and have a coffee, or bring your laptop (there's electricity and free WiFi, and a large table where you can work). The coffee is good, and so is the food, even though it's a bit on the expensive side.

Probably the best coffee I've had in Aachen. The chocolate cake was also amazing and staff were lovely. Definitely going back!

My husband and I popped in for a quick brunch during our two-hour stay in Aachen. We've been highly impressed with the quality and presentation of the food as well as the really nice coffee and very professional staff! Would definitely recommend it!
